We ensure that no employee or their family members are required to post any form of bond, deposit, or security for employment. Such practices are against our commitment to ethical labor practices.

During the hiring process, we provide all workers with a written employment contract in their native language or a language they understand. This contract outlines critical details such as salary, working hours, location, conditions, leave benefits, and statutory deductions.

We also conduct thorough orientation and training in the native language, ensuring clarity and understanding of the hiring requirements.

Furthermore, we strictly prohibit the use of child labor at any stage of recruitment.
